Information we collect

• Account info you provide: name, email, role, organization.
• Time entries: punch-in and punch-out timestamps.
• Location: only at the moment of a punch, used to verify distance from approved work sites. Location is not tracked continuously.
• Task data: task requests, comments, and any images or videos you upload to a task.

How we use it

Data is used to operate the app: authenticate you, show your schedule and tasks, and give your organization's admins and managers the information they need to run the team.

Data sharing

Your data is visible only to authorized members of your organization. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention & deletion

Contact your organization admin or support@punchtracker.lovable.app to request deletion of your account and associated data.
